Hi, I'm Katie Carini, a proud Villas local who has called the Delaware Bay home for many years. Some of my favorite things are watching the sunset over the bay, spending time with my husband, and making memories with our four children, their spouses, and our five wonderful grandchildren.

It's A Bay Thing was inspired by a love for this special place and the simple moments that make life along the bay so meaningful. From quiet beach walks and fishing trips to unforgettable sunsets, this collection celebrates the people, places, and memories that make our shore communities feel like home.
